Automatic Pump Outlet Check Valve recirculation control valve /ARC automatic recirculation valve Automatic Recirculation Valve (ARV) is a multifunctional valve whose primary purpose is to ensure that a pre-determined minimum flow is assured through a centrifugal pump at all times.
This in turn has created a need for centrifugal pumps with high heads and low specific speeds.
The ARV automatically protect the centrifugal pumps when pumps body occur cavitation damage or unstable (especially conveying hot water at low load operation medium), once pump flow is lower than the presented flow, bypass can comple vice life.
Acting as a bypass and non-return valve, it also provide protection for pumps against overheating and cavitation, and protect against the reversal of flow during shut down. Design Feature Product Range Flow Sensing Capability Low pressure loss Operational safety, reliability, low maintenance.
Non-return Valve: Preventing reverse flow through the centrifugal pumps via the main line and bypass line. By-Pass Control Valve: Protecting the pump overheating by regulating a passage of fluid through the pump during start up, shut down and when the pump is run against a closed outlet.
Pressure Reduction Nozzles: Dissipate the pressure energy and allows the line fluid to be delivered to the by-pass system efficiently, safely and quietly.
Angle patterns valve has the additional feature of not requiring removal from the pipeline during maintenance 'Shut downs.'
